Many business owners have heard of SEO and some might have some understanding of it. But its obvious to me that sooooo many websites for businesses are missing out on huge amounts of sales.
One way to think of SEO is to think of google as an electronic phone book. I remember getting ad prices for a yellow pages ad while the internet was still relatively new. Before the internet the phone book was probably the most used business directory. In London Ontario, the smallest ad in the yellow pages phone book had a price tag of $3000 per year. This was for an ad that was about 1.5 inches by 3 inches, on one page.
