Set up a wordpress blog to post to facebook

If you have a blog there is nothing better then getting the word out about your new posts automatically.  With the wordpress plug in Simple Facebook Connect this is done very easily.

Steps to set it up

1. Install plug in
2. Plug in settings
3. Facebook app

1.  Install the plug in by logging into your wordpress admin, go to plug ins/add new.  Search for “simple facebook connect” and install it.

2.  From within wordpress admin go to settings/Simple Facebook Connect.  The settings page will guide you through the steps required to make a facebook app.  All this does is allow the wordpress blog to communicate with your facebook page and/or fan page

3.  Set up the facebook app by following the directions.

Once it is set up, just click on the publish to fan page button on each post to have the post published to your facebook fan page.
