Cindy Coelho has always possessed a great passion to create beautiful and delicious wedding cakes. She has been designing, baking, and decorating wedding cakes professionally for 11 years. After graduating as a Pastry Chef from George Brown College, Cindy perfected her skills at Dufflet, the city's preeminent purveyor of fine pastries. Later on she left to focus solely on wedding cakes. Cindy unleashed her creativity working for cutting edge cake designer Bonnie Gordon, whose cakes are considered breathtaking works of edible art. While with Bonnie, Cindy Coelho designed two cakes which appeared in the fall-winter issue of Wedding bells Magazine
