After reading a lot about niche sites I decided to try out a quick and simple strategy. I used Market Samurai to find a group of keywords with relatively low competition at least 60 SEOT. The term SEOT in Market Samurai means Search Engine Optimization Traffic, or SEO Traffic to make it shorter.
SEOT is an indication of the maximum potential daily clicks to a website ranked #1 in google search results for that term. I decided to target 6 keywords between two and three words in length.
