We are here to help you and look forward to working with you. Established in 1980, Aristo's Catering originally started as Smitty's Restaurant in Chatham Ontario. After a successful launch, a growing clientele and increasing demand, we decided the addition of two banquet rooms was needed. This would allow us to offer our clients facilities which could be used for holding parties, wedding receptions, anniversary parties, corporate functions or any other kind of get together. Two years later that dream became a reality with the opening of the Pine Room (for a intimate setting - up to 60 people) and the Aristo Banquet Room (for larger groups - up to 200 people) while still operating Smitty's restaurant.
